Dr. Hugh Parsons BDS
Previously a dentist for over 20 years operating his
practice in Geelong he then moved into Medical Waste
Transport as a consultant with Sweeney Todd Waste
Disposal. Success in this field has led to the
formation of STI Clinical Waste Victoria where he is
a director. Dr Parsons was concerned that the waste
generated by his dental practice was being disposed
at the local landfill site, as this was the only
option at the time. These environmental concerns
were the basis of the company's inception in the
industry, and are the backbone of Dr Parson’s
commitment to leading the way in environmentally
friendly waste disposal. |

Judith Parsons
Director of Sweeney Todd Waste Disposal. With a
background in banking for over 10 years, Judith is
ideally placed to control the financial aspects of
the company. Judith remains committed to her clients
and still maintains direct contact several days a
week. Her duties further include stock control,
purchasing, fleet maintenance, book keeping and
accounts.

Craig Walczuk
A background in Logistics has provided a wealth of knowledge regarding fleet maintenance and freight movement. Craig joined the Company in 2003 and has proved to be a major asset as the Company’s fleet has expanded three fold. He is responsible for driver and truck allocations and has a reputation of “getting the job done”. A State Champion BMX rider who is now successfully passing his BMX experience on to his family. |

Tom Parsons
Youngest son of the second generation of the Parsons’ family Tom is a Client Care Manager whose role is caring for some of the larger contracts and ensuring a smooth total waste management process. Has been with the Company since 2004 and has a vast cross section of knowledge having fulfilled many roles during his time. Tom is a star football player and cricketer. |

Dale Parsons
Middle of three of the sons of the second generation of the Parsons’ family Dale is an Operations Manager who has a vast knowledge of the business joining it in 2003. He is involved in developing strategies and new customer provisions as well as ensuring all treatment equipment is maintained to a very high standard.

Aled Parsons
Aled is the eldest son and is the Executive Finance Director. A graduate in Accountancy from Deakin University Aled has had experience in working for several large local Companies. He brings his wealth accountancy knowledge and has been full time with the Company since 2010. A single figure golfer and keen all round sportsman.

Ken Mallinson
National Sales Manager, Ken, has been with the Company since 2004 and has
filled many roles.
His on going experience and education have developed
leading to an
outstanding skill level. Ken‘s strengths are in his
organisational skills,
problem solving and developing new ideas.
